About this app
GIF Vault is a personal reaction-GIF library that doesn't depend on a third-party service. Point it at a folder of GIFs (drop in new ones any time), tag each with whatever vocabulary you like — 'approve', 'celebrate', 'side-eye', 'oh-no' — and search by name or tag from a single bar. The grid auto-plays GIFs on hover so you can find the right one fast. Click a GIF to see frame count, dimensions, and tag it inline; double-click to copy it ready to paste into Slack, Discord, iMessage. Tag suggestions surface from your existing vocabulary so the library stays consistent. Files never leave your disk.
