These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BundlApps and related services operated by EvlarSoft LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using BundlApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BundlApps. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to create the account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Subscription & Billing

BundlApps is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

  • A 7-day free trial is available for new users. No credit card is required to start.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. License & Usage

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BundlApps and its catalog of applications on the number of devices permitted by your plan. You may not sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any application in the catalog.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use BundlApps for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or licensing restrictions
  • Interfere with the operation of our services or infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or redistribute catalog content

5. Intellectual Property

All applications, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property available through BundlApps are owned by EvlarSoft LLC or our licensors. Your subscription does not transfer any ownership rights. Content you create using our applications belongs to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of BundlApps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All applications run locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your files or application data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BundlApps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific application will always be available in the catalog.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvlarSoft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BundlApps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use the applications ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
